Using any part of Telegram Video Downloader means that you accept this document. Stop using the service if you cannot accept it.

This agreement covers the website, browser-delivered download functions, accounts, support exchanges, Credits purchases and other features we make available under this product.

The service helps you retrieve supported media that is already reachable through a compatible public link. It does not join private channels for you, defeat access restrictions or supply permission to copy somebody else’s work.

Link processing, authentication, usage accounting and checkout can communicate with our servers, while some transfer or playback work may occur in your browser.

You must decide whether you have the ownership, consent or legal basis required to save and use each file.

• Do not violate copyright, privacy, publicity or any other person’s rights.
• Do not evade authentication, paid access, membership controls or technical restrictions.
• Do not republish, trade or distribute a file unless the necessary rights belong to you.
• Do not use the product for malicious software, deceptive messages, unsolicited bulk activity, unlawful monitoring or another illegal purpose.

Features that require an account may use Google or email login. Keep access to that account secure and provide information that is accurate enough for the service to operate.

We may restrict or close access when activity appears unlawful, abusive, harmful to other users or platforms, or dangerous to our systems.

The price page and checkout show the current pack size, currency and total before an order begins. Purchased Credits are for supported website download functions and are separate from any browser-extension subscription.

A Credit pack is a single payment rather than a subscription. After the payment provider confirms the order, Credits are assigned to the purchasing account. They do not expire, renew automatically, move between accounts, convert to cash or qualify for a refund.

When a separate subscription is offered, its renewal schedule and usage scope appear before purchase. Subscription payments are final. Turning off renewal prevents the next charge while access continues through the already-paid period.

Telegram, PayPal, Google and other third parties operate independently from Telegram Video Downloader. Unless we expressly say otherwise, no affiliation or endorsement exists.

Your activity on an external platform is also governed by that provider’s terms, policies and technical rules.

Nothing in the product or this document is legal advice. Permission, local law, platform rules, copyright and privacy obligations determine whether a particular file may be saved or shared.

Telegram Video Downloader is offered as available and without a promise that every address, attachment, browser or platform change will work. Restricted and private material may remain unreachable.

We can adjust, suspend or retire functionality to respond to reliability, abuse, security, compliance or changes made by another platform.

We may replace these terms when the product, governing rules or connected platforms change. The effective date identifies the newest version.

Continued use after a revision takes effect indicates acceptance of the revised document.
